Personal Identification Information: The Company may collect personal identification information from Users in various ways, including, but not limited to, when Users register on the Platform, use the Platform, or contact the Company for support. 1.2. Geolocation Data: The Platform collects and stores geolocation data to facilitate the matching of Riders with Drivers and to optimize travel routes.
1.3. Non-Personal Identification Information: The Company may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with the Platform, which may include browser name, type of device, and technical information such as the operating system and Internet service provider used.
2.1. Provision of Services: The Company collects and uses personal data to provide Users with the functionality of the Platform, including, but not limited to, matching Riders with Drivers, processing payments, and facilitating communication between Users
2.2. Improvement of Services: The Company may use feedback and usage data provided by Users to improve the functionality, user experience, and security of the Platform.
2.3. Marketing: The Company may use Users' email addresses and phone numbers to send them promotional content and service updates. Users may opt out of marketing communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in such communications.
3.1. Third-Party Service Providers: The Company may share Users' personal data with third-party service providers who assist in the operation of the Platform, including payment processors, hosting services, and data analytics providers.
3.2. Legal Compliance: The Company may disclose personal information if required by law, or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal obligations or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, its Users, or others.
